Group Laboratory of Materials Technology

The Laboratory of Materials Technologies (LTM) is involved in the development of eutectic composites based on the self-organization mechanism and glasses with optically active nanoparticles (with plasmonic and luminescence properties). The laboratory is also focused on the use of obtained materials in the detection of biomaterials. Besides manufacturing, LTM characterizes optical properties with techniques such as Raman spectroscopy, UV-VIS and infrared spectroscopy (including nano-FTIR), time-resolved luminescence microscopy and optical near-field microscopy (s-SNOM).http://www.ensemble3.eu
